• The "Personal Online Help" service is handled by Professional Psychologists
• Click on "Start Personal Online Help" on the left.
• Here you complete your details and explain your problem/troubles/questions as complete as possible.
• This information will only be seen by Professional Psychologists so it will be kept discreet at all times.

• We will then respond to your enquiry via email and send our bank details. A response will only be sent once we received payment. From then onwards you can communicate with us via your email, onwards R200 per response.
• Please ensure the email that you provided on the form is correct. For quicker results and to avoid problems with incorrect emails please register on the website before using the "Personal Online Help" service.

What does it cost?

• Costs are R200 per reply (per email) from our "Personal Online Help service". Bank details will be emailed.
• Once we received your request we will respond within 3 working days.
